摘要:【中文】一种基于二代测序数据的反转相关复杂变异检测方法,在滑动窗口内,根据给定的bam文件与选定的参考基因组进行比对,得到Read Pair信号,并以Read Pair信号对不能完全匹配的Read进行Split Read信号分析,得到对应的断点匹配情况;建立Split Read信号理论模型;将断点匹配情况经过建立的模型,如果符合某个模型时,记录下相应的变异类型和位置,再判断是否是可信的变异。本发明根据理论信号建立了变异模型信号,因此可以很准确地提出变异类型;本发明使用Split Read信号,以模式增长算法寻找字符串的最大最小唯一子串,所以能够很精确地指出变异的位置信息。 【EN】A reverse correlation complex variation detection method based on second-generation sequencing data is characterized in that in a sliding window, a given bam file is compared with a selected reference genome to obtain a Read Pair signal, and the Read Pair signal is used for performing Split Read signal analysis on Read which cannot be completely matched to obtain a corresponding breakpoint matching condition; establishing a Split Read signal theoretical model; and recording the corresponding mutation type and position if the breakpoint matching condition meets a certain model, and judging whether the mutation is credible. According to the method, the variation model signal is established according to the theoretical signal, so that the variation type can be accurately provided; the invention uses the Split Read signal to search the maximum and minimum unique substrings of the character string by a pattern growth algorithm, so that the position information of the variation can be accurately pointed out.

摘要:【中文】本发明具体涉及一种飞机上使用的多向担架把手锁定装置,本装置包括锁头固定装置、锁内部设置的两种弹簧助力机构、启动机构、自动恢复助力机构;担架把手锁定装置通过锁座固定在担架支架的立柱上,通过按压锁头固定装置,锁头固定装置围绕锁头轴旋转一定角度后,通过锁钩自动锁定锁头固定装置,从而固定担架把手;本装置解决了担架的固定问题,限制了向上载荷、侧向载荷,满足了航空条件下伤病员的后送使用要求。同时,把担架安放至支架系统上后,只需加一个简单的按压动作就可以实现锁定,担架伤病员安放后能快速锁定,方便锁定,确保伤病员快速登机。伤病员离机取下担架前,只需拉动启动环,就可以自动弹开,大大提高伤病员登机和离机的效率。 【EN】The invention relates to a multidirectional stretcher handle locking device used on an airplane, which comprises a lock head fixing device, two spring boosting mechanisms arranged in a lock, a starting mechanism and an automatic recovery boosting mechanism; the stretcher handle locking device is fixed on the upright post of the stretcher bracket through the lock seat, and the lock fixing device is automatically locked through the lock hook after rotating for a certain angle around the lock shaft by pressing the lock fixing device, so that the stretcher handle is fixed; the device solves the fixing problem of the stretcher, limits upward loads and lateral loads, and meets the requirements of post-delivery use of sick and wounded under aviation conditions. Meanwhile, after the stretcher is placed on the support system, locking can be achieved only by adding a simple pressing action, and the stretcher can be quickly locked after the sick and wounded are placed, so that locking is convenient, and the sick and wounded are ensured to board quickly. Therefore, the problem of poor dynamic performance after compensation of the time delay mismatch of the dual-channel TIADC in the prior art can be solved.
