The invention uses non-noble metal iron and copper as the catalyst, the used raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the toxicity is lower, the oxidant is green and environment-friendly, the synthetic reaction yield of the 3-phosphoryl indole compound is high, and the invention has good industrial prospect.
