摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种能排放达标的废旧变压器油XDK吸附剂的处置方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将石油醚按照3:1质量比加入到500g废XDK吸附剂中并搅拌10min,静置得到上层混合液体Ⅰ和下层经石油醚清洗后的吸附剂;向石油醚清洗后的吸附剂加入纯水到吸附剂中并搅拌10min,静置得到上层混合液体Ⅱ,下层为即清洗后的吸附剂;将上层混合液体Ⅰ和上层混合Ⅱ通过旋转蒸发仪体进行石油醚回收,得到的废液倒入油水分离池进行油水分离,对处理后得到的水进行污染物检测;清洗后的吸附剂的放置在马弗炉中,焙烧,得到再生XDK吸附剂。本发明再生的XDK吸附剂吸附油样后,绝缘性能的提升接近新XDK吸附剂吸附后的油样。再生的XDK吸附剂具有较好的吸附效果。 【EN】The invention relates to a disposal method of waste transformer oil XDK adsorbent which can be discharged to reach the standard, comprising the following steps: mixing petroleum ether according to the weight ratio of 3: adding 1 mass ratio of the mixed solution into 500g of waste XDK adsorbent, stirring for 10min, and standing to obtain an upper mixed liquid I and an adsorbent of which the lower layer is cleaned by petroleum ether; adding pure water into the adsorbent cleaned by the petroleum ether, stirring for 10min, and standing to obtain an upper-layer mixed liquid II, wherein the lower layer is the cleaned adsorbent; recovering petroleum ether from the upper layer mixed liquid I and the upper layer mixed liquid II through a rotary evaporator, pouring the obtained waste liquid into an oil-water separation tank for oil-water separation, and detecting pollutants in the treated water; and placing the cleaned adsorbent in a muffle furnace, and roasting to obtain the regenerated XDK adsorbent. After the regenerated XDK adsorbent adsorbs the oil sample, the improvement of the insulating property is close to the oil sample after the adsorption of a new XDK adsorbent. The regenerated XDK adsorbent has a good adsorption effect.
