摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种咖啡酸苯乙酯在制备肝再生药物中的应用，本发明首次发现：咖啡酸苯乙酯能够促进部分肝切除后肝脏的再生。咖啡酸苯乙酯能够改善肝损伤后的肝功能。咖啡酸苯乙酯能够刺激肝损伤中的肝细胞增殖。咖啡酸苯乙酯能够刺激肝硬化、肝炎、肝癌、肝纤维化、脂肪性肝病、肝衰竭中肝细胞增殖。咖啡酸苯乙酯能够提高部分肝切除后肝/体重比恢复能力。 【EN】The invention discloses an application of caffeic acid phenethyl ester in preparing liver regeneration drugs, which is found for the first time: caffeic acid phenethyl ester can promote liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy.
