The invention combines the pretreatment of the chemical reagent aqueous solution and the microbial treatment, and the mutual synergistic effect avoids the defect that the discharge of the single-stage treatment of the chemical solvent does not reach the standard, effectively reduces the toxicity of the waste gas to the organisms, and realizes the standard discharge of VOCs and malodorous gas. The invention has simple treatment process, low operation cost, wide applicability and high waste gas removal rate, adopts a wet treatment process, thoroughly avoids the risks of explosion and combustion, and provides a new approach for the waste gas treatment of industrial production.
