摘要：【中文】一种高气压环境下盾构机刀盘刀具焊接方法，包括构建地层加固区、建立修复工作空间、焊接前准备和焊接维修等步骤。采用高气压环境自适应引弧系统，其包括高频振荡器、直线滑台、控制单元、气压传感器和焊接电源回路，高频振荡器包括一级高压变压器和二级高频耦合变压器，两级变压器对交流输入电压分别进行升压和耦合，同时控制单元根据气压传感器测量的高气压焊接环境气压控制直线滑台移动，从高频耦合变压器的次级获得与环境气压相适应的高频高压，并将该高频高压施加在焊接电源电路中的焊枪与刀盘之间，击穿焊丝与刀具之间的高压空气，实现自适应引弧。另外，焊丝采用自保护药芯焊丝，其分解形成焊接熔池保护气体，焊接产生的烟雾通过盾构机的吸烟机抽吸并排入盾构机的水封槽。该焊接方法操作简单，环境适应性好，焊接效率高。 【EN】A method for welding a cutter head of a shield tunneling machine in a high-pressure environment comprises the steps of constructing a stratum reinforcing area, establishing a repairing working space, preparing before welding, welding and maintaining and the like.
