摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种金花茶叶中冲山茶苷(okicamelliaside)含量的近红外快速检测方法,属于检测方法领域,包括金花茶叶的预处理、冲山茶苷的HPLC含量测定、金花茶叶近红外仪原始光谱的采集、光谱数据的预处理、定量校正模型的建立、定量校正模型的预测及验证等步骤。本发明构建的模型预测准确度高,满足定量分析的要求;该方法与常规定量方法相比,在保证准确度的基础上,可对叶片进行直接的测定无前期预处理的步骤,大大提高了分析效率,可以实现对金花茶叶中冲山茶苷含量的快速检测。 【EN】The invention discloses a near-infrared rapid detection method for the content of camellia saponin (okica villiaside) in golden camellia leaves, which belongs to the field of detection methods and comprises the steps of pretreatment of golden camellia leaves, HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) content measurement of camellia saponin, acquisition of raw spectra of a golden camellia near-infrared instrument, pretreatment of spectral data, establishment of a quantitative correction model, prediction and verification of the quantitative correction model and the like. The model constructed by the method has high prediction accuracy, and meets the requirement of quantitative analysis; compared with the conventional quantitative method, the method can directly measure the leaves without the step of pretreatment in the early stage on the basis of ensuring the accuracy, greatly improves the analysis efficiency, and can realize the rapid detection of the content of the camellia saponin in the golden camellia leaves.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种从金花茶中制备鞣花酸衍生物冲山茶苷(okicamelliaside,OCS)的方法。该方法是以金花茶(Camellia nitidissima Chi)的老叶为原料,以水煎煮的方式提取总鞣花酸,然后通过大孔吸附树脂富集其中的冲山茶苷,再利用高效制备液相色谱对其进行精制,并获得冲山茶苷单体的方法。所获得的冲山茶苷具有潜在的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗过敏等多种药理作用,具有深入开发的价值。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for preparing ellagic acid derivative camellia saponin (OCS) from camellia chrysantha. The method comprises the steps of taking old leaves of golden Camellia (Camellia nitidissima Chi) as raw materials, extracting total ellagic acid in a water decoction mode, enriching theaflavin in the raw materials through macroporous adsorption resin, refining the theaflavin through high performance liquid chromatography, and obtaining theaflavin monomers. The obtained camellia saponin has potential pharmacological effects of resisting tumor, oxidation, allergy and the like, and has a value of deep development.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种固相萃取‑高效液相色谱测定婴幼儿米粉中烟酸、烟酰胺的方法,以EDTA‑NaCl混合溶液为提取液,首次使用亲水亲脂平衡(HLB)固相萃取柱净化,以20 mmol/L甲酸铵(pH 4.5)为流动相,Atlantis T3色谱柱上梯度洗脱分离,在261nm检测紫外吸收的方法。本方法提取效率高、净化效果好、分离度高、分析时间短,线性范围为0.3‑30.0mg/L、检测限(0.3mg/kg)与定量限(1mg/kg)较低、回收率在93.3%~102.5%范围内。方法精密度高、稳定性与重现性好。有较高的实用价值,可应用于各种婴幼儿米粉中烟酸与烟酰胺的测定。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for measuring nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in infant rice flour by using a solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography, which is a method for detecting ultraviolet absorption at 261nm by using an EDTA-NaCl mixed solution as an extracting solution, using a Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance (HLB) solid-phase extraction column for purification for the first time, using 20mmol/L ammonium formate (pH 4.5) as a mobile phase and carrying out gradient elution separation on an Atlantis T3 chromatographic column. The method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, good purification effect, high separation degree, short analysis time, linear range of 0.3-30.0mg/L, lower detection limit (0.3 mg/kg) and quantification limit (1 mg/kg), and recovery rate of 93.3% -102.5%. The method has high precision, stability and reproducibility. Has higher practical value and can be applied to the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in various infant rice flour.
