摘要:【中文】本发明属于模数转换技术领域,具体涉及一种模拟信号温度补偿方法。首先给定固定输入值进行变温测试,建立温度模型,得到输入值相对温度变化曲线,确定标定温度点后对每一个标定温度点下多组输入、输出数据,利用这些数据进行线性拟合,得到每一个标定温度点下的拟合公式,利用每个温度点下k值和温度值进行最小二乘拟合得到最终系数值,同时将每个标定温度点下b值的均值最为b的最终值。该方法相比传统的温度补偿方法具有原理清晰、操作简单等优点,可以大大提高标定效率。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of analog-to-digital conversion, and particularly relates to an analog signal temperature compensation method. Firstly, a fixed input value is given to carry out variable temperature test, a temperature model is established, a relative temperature change curve of the input value is obtained, a plurality of groups of input and output data under each calibration temperature point are determined after the calibration temperature points are determined, linear fitting is carried out by utilizing the data, a fitting formula under each calibration temperature point is obtained, least square fitting is carried out by utilizing a k value and a temperature value under each temperature point to obtain a final coefficient value, and meanwhile, the mean value of a b value under each calibration temperature point is the final value of b. Compared with the traditional temperature compensation method, the method has the advantages of clear principle, simplicity in operation and the like, and can greatly improve the calibration efficiency.
