摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种肝内胆管细胞癌的诊断方法及诊断试剂盒。所述试剂盒包含针对突变型磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖(glypican3,GPC3)cDNA的引物和探针。本发明实验证明磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖在肝内胆管细胞癌中会发生突变,所述突变在肝内胆管细胞癌中具有特异性,因此,GPC3突变cDNA可作为诊断和采用药物治疗急性肝损伤的特异性标志。基于此,本发明提供了一种新的肝细胞诊断方法及试剂盒。 【EN】The invention provides a diagnosis method and a diagnosis kit for intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma. The kit comprises primers and probes for mutant glypican (glypican3, GPC3) cDNA. Experiments prove that the glypican can generate mutation in the intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma, and the mutation has specificity in the intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma, so that GPC3 mutant cDNA can be used as a specificity marker for diagnosing and treating acute liver injury by adopting medicaments. Based on the above, the invention provides a novel hepatocyte diagnosis method and a kit.
