摘要:【中文】一种发热陶瓷台板的自动化生产线,其特征在于,设置有拼接区及复合区,拼接区和复合区之间通过输送线连接,并依序设置磨短边区、磨长边区、加工区;加工区又包含AC5轴水刀加工区及CNC数控加工区;加工区设置机械手可以将发热陶瓷台板分别送到AC5轴水刀加工区及CNC数控加工区;所述拼接区为粘发热瓷砖台的4条围边的工作区域;所述磨边区为磨削发热陶瓷台板的4个侧面鸭嘴边的工作区域,所述AC5轴水刀加工区为粗磨发热陶瓷台板的4个圆弧角的工作区域;所述CNC数控加工区为精磨发热陶瓷台板的4个圆弧角的工作区域;所述复合区为将发热陶瓷台板中的饰面层、石墨烯电热膜、双铝PVC板、触摸式温控器复合成一体的工作区域本发明解决了现有人工生产发热陶瓷台板生产效率低,工人劳动强度大的问题,还可以节约人力成本。 【EN】An automatic production line of a heating ceramic platen is characterized by being provided with a splicing area and a composite area, wherein the splicing area and the composite area are connected through a conveying line, and a short edge grinding area, a long edge grinding area and a processing area are sequentially arranged; the processing area comprises an AC5 axial water jet cutting processing area and a CNC (computer numerical control) processing area; the machining area is provided with a mechanical arm which can respectively send the heating ceramic bedplate to an AC5 axial water jet cutting machining area and a CNC (computer numerical control) machining area; the splicing area is a working area adhered with 4 surrounding edges of the heating ceramic tile platform; the edge grinding area is a working area for grinding duck bill edges on 4 side surfaces of the heating ceramic bedplate, and the AC5 shaft water jet cutting processing area is a working area for roughly grinding 4 arc angles of the heating ceramic bedplate; the CNC numerical control machining area is a working area for finely grinding 4 arc angles of the heating ceramic bedplate; the composite zone is a working zone which integrates the decorative surface layer, the graphene electrothermal film, the double-aluminum PVC plate and the touch temperature controller in the heating ceramic bedplate, the problems of low production efficiency and high labor intensity of workers in the conventional manual production of the heating ceramic bedplate are solved, and the labor cost can be saved.
