摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种氧化法脱硝处理装置,其包括湿法脱硫塔以及沿废气流动方向依次间隔布置的第一氧化区、第一吸收区、第二氧化区和第二吸收区。本发明中通过设置第一氧化区、第一吸收区、第二氧化区和第二吸收区的方式,即利用臭氧和液态催化剂的氧化性能,将烟气中的NO氧化成高价态易吸收的形式,再利用脱硫剂的碱性特性进行脱硫和脱硝的协同处理,实现一体化的功能,且对于原有脱硫塔进行小幅度的改造,能够很好的应用到烧结烟气的脱硫脱硝上,实现超低排放的要求,也降低了改造的难度和运行的成本。 【EN】The invention discloses an oxidation denitration treatment device which comprises a wet desulfurization tower, and a first oxidation zone, a first absorption zone, a second oxidation zone and a second absorption zone which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the flowing direction of waste gas. According to the invention, the first oxidation area, the first absorption area, the second oxidation area and the second absorption area are arranged, namely, the oxidation performance of ozone and a liquid catalyst is utilized to oxidize NO in the flue gas into a high-valence state easily-absorbed form, and then the alkaline characteristic of a desulfurizer is utilized to carry out the synergistic treatment of desulfurization and denitration, so that the integrated function is realized, the original desulfurization tower is slightly modified, the requirements of ultralow emission can be well applied to desulfurization and denitration of sintering flue gas, and the modification difficulty and the operation cost are also reduced.
