摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种医用多空孔钽材料和制备方法,涉及多孔钽材料制备领域。所述医用多空孔钽材料由钽金属化合物经过化学反应制得钽粉,然后经过球磨加工再与粘结剂混合搅拌制取得到钽浆料,所述钽粉的粒径为10‑15μm,所述钽浆料的重量分成分组成:4‑5份、粘结剂1‑2份,在30℃‑40℃进行混合搅拌,反应时间1‑2h,所述粘结剂中甲基纤维素与聚乙烯醇的质量比为2:3,在20℃‑30℃进行充分混合搅拌,反应时间0.5‑1h。通过将石膏将作为多孔钽制备时的辅助材料,使得该多孔钽制备方法在生产制备过程中采用常见的医用石膏进行辅助,无需复杂的操作工序,即可得到多孔钽的坯体,进而进行热加工即可得到多孔钽成品,在操作上简单方便,而且大大节约了制造成本。 【EN】The invention provides a medical porous tantalum material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of preparation of porous tantalum materials.
