摘要:【中文】一种内置钢板的混凝土薄壁腹板梁及施工方法,薄壁腹板梁包括混凝土T梁、箱梁和π梁三种结构形式,若为混凝土T梁/π梁时,腹板内固设有由横钢板和竖钢板/波纹钢板构成的组合体,若为箱梁时,单独固设竖钢板/波纹钢板,各钢板表面焊接有剪力连接件。施工方法为:制备竖钢板/波纹钢板和横钢板,将剪力连接件焊接到各钢板表面,将竖钢板/波纹钢板与横钢板焊接成组合体;支模板,绑扎钢筋笼,将焊接好的钢板组合体放置到腹板钢筋笼内,对钢板组合体进行固定;在腹板底部布置波纹管和预应力筋;向模板内浇入混凝土,直到混凝土固化成型后,张拉预应力筋,利用锚具固定预应力筋,施工结束。 【EN】A concrete thin-wall web beam with built-in steel plates and a construction method thereof are disclosed, the thin-wall web beam comprises three structural forms of a concrete T beam, a box beam and a pi beam, if the thin-wall web beam is the concrete T beam/pi beam, a combination body formed by a transverse steel plate and a vertical steel plate/corrugated steel plate is fixedly arranged in a web plate, if the thin-wall web beam is the concrete T beam/pi beam, the vertical steel plate/corrugated steel plate is separately fixedly arranged, and the surface of each steel plate is welded with a shear connector. The construction method comprises the following steps: preparing a vertical steel plate/a corrugated steel plate and a transverse steel plate, welding a shear connector to the surface of each steel plate, and welding the vertical steel plate/the corrugated steel plate and the transverse steel plate into a combined body; erecting a formwork, binding a reinforcement cage, placing the welded steel plate assembly into a web plate reinforcement cage, and fixing the steel plate assembly; arranging a corrugated pipe and prestressed ribs at the bottom of the web plate; and pouring concrete into the template until the concrete is solidified and formed, tensioning the prestressed tendons, fixing the prestressed tendons by using an anchorage device, and finishing construction.
