摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种高阻隔抗菌PE膜，其组成成分按质量份计如下：PE树脂120‑150份、聚烯烃弹性聚乙烯‑辛烯共聚物40‑100份、酒精20‑30份、浓硫酸60‑90份、复合抗菌剂16‑20份、乳化剂18‑35份、过氧化苯甲酰12‑15份、增塑剂5‑15份、防腐剂16‑25份、成膜剂10‑20份、硬脂酸镁1‑3份、甘油2‑3份、抗氧剂0.5‑0.8份、高密度聚乙烯40‑60份；本发明聚烯烃弹性聚乙烯‑辛烯共聚物配合PE树脂、复合抗菌剂、乳化剂、过氧化苯甲酰、增塑剂、防腐剂、成膜剂、硬脂酸镁、甘油、抗氧剂及高密度聚乙烯在挤出机中熔融塑化，由压缩空气将其吹胀冷却定型后制成高阻隔抗菌PE膜。 【EN】The invention discloses a high-barrier antibacterial PE film which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 150 parts of PE resin, 40-100 parts of polyolefin elastic polyethylene-octene copolymer, 20-30 parts of alcohol, 60-90 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, 16-20 parts of composite antibacterial agent, 18-35 parts of emulsifier, 12-15 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 5-15 parts of plasticizer, 16-25 parts of preservative, 10-20 parts of film forming agent, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 2-3 parts of glycerol, 0.5-0.8 part of antioxidant and 40-60 parts of high-density polyethylene; the polyolefin elastic polyethylene-octene copolymer is compounded with PE resin, a composite antibacterial agent, an emulsifier, benzoyl peroxide, a plasticizer, a preservative, a film forming agent, magnesium stearate, glycerol, an antioxidant and high-density polyethylene, and the mixture is melted and plasticized in an extruder, blown by compressed air, cooled and shaped to prepare the high-barrier antibacterial PE film.
