摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种荧光靶探测器,包括与真空管道对接的四通真空腔体,真空腔体沿水平方向与观察窗连通,该观察窗正对相机,该真空腔体沿竖直方向与真空直线导入器连通,真空直线导入器中心有连接杆,一端延伸入真空腔体内,并连接荧光靶芯体,荧光靶芯体包括荧光靶片,该荧光靶片与入射光成90°并沿竖直方向自上而下分隔为标定区和测量区。本发明还提供一种采用上述荧光靶探测器高精度地测量同步辐射X光的光斑形状和位置的探测方法,能够简洁快速实时在线标定相机摄像头像素,从而解决现有技术中量化荧光靶图像精度不高的问题。 【EN】The invention relates to a fluorescent target detector, which comprises a four-way vacuum cavity butted with a vacuum pipeline, wherein the vacuum cavity is communicated with an observation window along the horizontal direction, the observation window is over against a camera, the vacuum cavity is communicated with a vacuum linear introducer along the vertical direction, the center of the vacuum linear introducer is provided with a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod extends into the vacuum cavity and is connected with a fluorescent target core body, the fluorescent target core body comprises a fluorescent target sheet, and the fluorescent target sheet forms an angle of 90 degrees with incident light and is divided into a calibration area and a measurement area from top to bottom along the vertical direction. The invention also provides a detection method for measuring the shape and the position of the facula of the synchrotron radiation X-ray with high precision by adopting the fluorescent target detector, which can simply, quickly and online calibrate the camera pixels in real time, thereby solving the problem of low precision of the quantized fluorescent target image in the prior art.

摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种X光束位置测量探测器,安装在光路真空管道上,包括与真空管道对接的真空腔体,所述真空腔体内部安装有一探测主体,该探测主体沿水平方向与一水平运动机构相连,沿竖直方向与一竖直运动机构相连,所述探测主体包括一电路板,该电路板上安装有一探测片,正反两面镀有电极,且该电极与电路板电导通。本发明还提供一种利用前述探测器测量X光束位置的方法,可有效实现光斑大小0.1%的光束位置变化实时测量,能在有限的范围内实现在垂直于光束线方向的平面上进行二维调节。另外,本发明的装置结构紧凑、占用空间小,且安装有准直元件,方便对装置完成安装、拆分、维护和准直。 【EN】The invention relates to an X-ray beam position measuring detector, which is arranged on a light path vacuum pipeline and comprises a vacuum cavity butted with the vacuum pipeline, wherein a detection main body is arranged in the vacuum cavity, the detection main body is connected with a horizontal movement mechanism along the horizontal direction and is connected with a vertical movement mechanism along the vertical direction, the detection main body comprises a circuit board, a detection sheet is arranged on the circuit board, electrodes are plated on the front side and the back side, and the electrodes are electrically communicated with the circuit board. The invention also provides a method for measuring the position of the X-ray beam by using the detector, which can effectively realize the real-time measurement of the position change of the beam with the spot size of 0.1 percent and can realize the two-dimensional adjustment on a plane vertical to the direction of the beam line in a limited range. In addition, the device of the invention has compact structure and small occupied space, and is provided with the collimation element, thereby facilitating the completion of installation, disassembly, maintenance and collimation of the device.
