摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种土壤固化剂及其制备方法,具体涉及建筑工程配料领域,其中所使用原料(按重量份数计)包括:固化基料50‑80份、激发剂5‑20份、骨架聚合单体10‑45份。本发明通过加入制得的激发剂,经过高温煅烧后对基料产生凝胶效果进行了进一步加强,经过固化后得固化土标准无侧干抗压强度大大提高,固态水溶性聚合骨架单体的加入,其在整个固化剂水合反应过程中单体进行聚合,聚合形成骨架后聚合物不溶于水,所以固化土在水合作用完成后,形成了固态板块,且不会由于水浸泡对固化效果产生影响,解决了粉状固态固化剂的水稳性问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a soil stabilizer and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of constructional engineering ingredients, wherein the used raw materials (in parts by weight) comprise: 50-80 parts of curing base material, 5-20 parts of excitant and 10-45 parts of skeleton polymerized monomer. The invention further strengthens the gel effect of the base material after the base material is calcined at high temperature by adding the prepared excitant, the standard non-side-dry compressive strength of the solidified soil obtained after solidification is greatly improved, the addition of the solid water-soluble polymerization skeleton monomer polymerizes the monomer in the whole hydration reaction process of the solidifying agent, and the polymer is insoluble in water after the skeleton is formed by polymerization, so that a solid plate is formed after the hydration of the solidified soil is finished, the solidification effect cannot be influenced by water immersion, and the problem of water stability of the powdery solid solidifying agent is solved.

摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种轻质浇注料骨料的制备方法,该方法为:将烟气吸附剂废料振动过筛网后,得到轻质浇注料骨料A;未通过筛网的烟气吸附剂废料命名为废料A,向废料A中加粘合剂、造孔剂和水搅拌后压制成型,经干燥、烧制、冷却、破碎和过筛网,得轻质浇注料骨料B,与轻质浇注料骨料A混合,得轻质浇注料骨料。本发明以烟气吸附剂废料为主要原料制备轻质浇注料骨料,能够降低生产成本,使得烟气吸附剂废料更好的利用,制备方法简单,制备的轻质浇注料骨料质量轻,微观结构疏松,气孔率高,耐压强度高,导热性良好。 【EN】The invention provides a preparation method of a lightweight castable aggregate, which comprises the following steps: vibrating the flue gas adsorbent waste through a screen to obtain a lightweight castable aggregate A; the flue gas adsorbent waste material which does not pass through the screen is named as waste material A, the waste material A is added with an adhesive, a pore-forming agent and water, is stirred, is pressed and formed, is dried, fired, cooled, crushed and screened to obtain light castable aggregate B, and is mixed with the light castable aggregate A to obtain the light castable aggregate.
