摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种无机轻集料保温系统中抗裂砂浆拉伸性能的检测方法,包括试样称重、试样成型、脱模养护、强度计算等步骤,被检样品应在试验条件下放置24h以上;用电子天平称取试样2500g;根据水灰比称取相应的自来水;将标准水泥块在水中浸泡24h,取出用湿布擦拭表面;将搅拌锅用湿抹布擦拭润湿,倒入自来水,再倒入试样;放入水泥胶砂搅拌机搅拌;将金属成型框放在基底标准水泥块成型面上,将搅拌的浆料倒入其中刮平;成型后脱模,进行标准养护,取出样品,用胶粘材料分别粘贴拉伸用钢制夹具,待胶粘材料干燥后,套在夹具上进行试验,并记录相应的数据和破坏形式。本发明具有操作实效、指导性强、操作方便、准确率高的优点。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for detecting tensile property of anti-cracking mortar in an inorganic lightweight aggregate heat-insulating system, which comprises the steps of weighing a sample, forming the sample, demolding, maintaining, calculating strength and the like, wherein the sample to be detected is placed for more than 24 hours under test conditions; weighing 2500g of a test sample by using an electronic balance; weighing corresponding tap water according to the water-cement ratio; soaking the standard cement block in water for 24h, taking out and wiping the surface with a wet cloth; wiping and wetting the stirring pot by using a wet rag, pouring tap water into the stirring pot, and pouring a sample into the stirring pot; putting the mixture into a cement mortar stirrer for stirring; placing a metal forming frame on a forming surface of the base standard cement block, and pouring the stirred slurry into the metal forming frame to be strickled; and demolding after molding, performing standard maintenance, taking out a sample, respectively sticking the steel clamps for stretching by using adhesive materials, sleeving the steel clamps for testing after the adhesive materials are dried, and recording corresponding data and a damage form. The method has the advantages of effective operation, strong guidance, convenient operation and high accuracy.
