摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种Pt(IV)‑5‑CN‑PADAT络合物/其修饰电极/电化学传感器和其应用,该Pt(IV)‑5‑CN‑PADAT络合物的制备是通过向氯铂酸钾溶液中依次加入乙酸和乙酸钠混合溶液、5‑CN‑PADAT的乙醇溶液,沸水浴加热25min,冷却至室温,得到Pt(IV)‑5‑CN‑PADAT络合物。初始玻碳电极抛光,然后依次用1:1硝酸、无水乙醇、超纯水各超声清洗7min,晾干;之后置于Pt(IV)‑5‑CN‑PADAT络合物和KCl溶液中,以扫速为0.02v/s,电压为‑0.35v~‑1.35 v内采用第一次循环伏安法(CV)扫描40圈,形成处理后的电极;取出电极用水冲洗,自然晾干,得到PtNPs‑5‑CN‑PADAT修饰的玻碳电极。并将该电极用于HQ的检测。通过优化实验参数对传感器性能的影响,建立了HQ的电化学分析新方法。本发明修饰电极的制备简单、呈现良好的稳定性和重现性,并且可用于样品中HQ的检测。 【EN】The invention discloses a Pt (IV) -5-CN-PADAT complex/a modified electrode thereof/an electrochemical sensor and application thereof, wherein the Pt (IV) -5-CN-PADAT complex is prepared by sequentially adding a mixed solution of acetic acid and sodium acetate and an ethanol solution of 5-CN-PADAT into a potassium chloroplatinate solution, heating in a boiling water bath for 25min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the Pt (IV) -5-CN-PADAT complex. Polishing an initial glassy carbon electrode, then sequentially carrying out ultrasonic cleaning for 7min by respectively using 1:1 nitric acid, absolute ethyl alcohol and ultrapure water, and airing; then placing the electrode in a Pt (IV) -5-CN-PADAT complex and a KCl solution, and scanning for 40 circles by adopting a first Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) at a scanning speed of 0.02v/s and a voltage of-0.35 v to-1.35 v to form a treated electrode; and taking out the electrode, washing with water, and naturally airing to obtain the PtNPs-5-CN-PADAT modified glassy carbon electrode. And the electrode was used for detection of HQ. By optimizing the influence of experimental parameters on the performance of the sensor, a novel electrochemical analysis method of HQ is established. The modified electrode is simple to prepare, has good stability and reproducibility, and can be used for detecting HQ in a sample.
