The method and the device solve the technical problems that the existing research on the reserve capacity under network constraint is difficult to reduce and quantify the reserve capacity of the system, and scientific and accurate description cannot be formed, so that the method and the device cannot be well applied to the actual power grid reserve regulation optimization process.
