摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种用于检测体液中戊型肝炎病毒的引物组合,其包括逆转录引物组、用于检测348bp片段引物组、用于检测B片段引物组;该方法旨在将微量的RNA通过逆转录预扩增得到较高浓度的DNA模板,结合琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测样本中348bp片段与B片段情况;可检测样本RNA浓度低至100拷贝,且可以同时检测HEV基因348bp与B片段,本发明提供的检测方法灵敏度高,特异性强,操作简便,检测时间短,适用于大规模样品的快速检测,为传染源调查、传播环境、病毒来源工作奠定基础。 【EN】The invention discloses a primer combination for detecting hepatitis E virus in body fluid, which comprises a reverse transcription primer group, a primer group for detecting 348bp fragments and a primer group for detecting B fragments; the method aims to obtain a DNA template with higher concentration by carrying out reverse transcription pre-amplification on trace RNA, and detecting the conditions of a 348bp fragment and a B fragment in a sample by combining an agarose gel electrophoresis method; the detection method provided by the invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, simple and convenient operation and short detection time, is suitable for rapid detection of large-scale samples, and lays a foundation for infection source investigation, propagation environment and virus source work.
