摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种磁集成双频变换器。其特征在于,包括直流电源、磁集成结构、输入滤波电容、输出滤波电容、第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件、第四开关器件;磁集成结构在一个磁芯中集成了两个储能电感,两个电感工作在不同的频率下。磁集成双频变换器的高频单元用于提高系统动态响应速度和输出精度,低频单元对高频单元电流进行分流并承担输出功率,同时可以降低开关损耗。整个电路仅含有一个磁元件,大大减小了磁件的体积,进而提高功率密度。本发明能在高低频单元运行在不同频率下实现大功率、小体积、高效能量传递,特别适合于中大功率场合。本发明采用定频变占空比控制,具有很大的理论价值和实用价值。 【EN】The invention discloses a magnetic integrated double-frequency converter. The magnetic filter is characterized by comprising a direct-current power supply, a magnetic integrated structure, an input filter capacitor, an output filter capacitor, a first switch device, a second switch device, a third switch device and a fourth switch device; the magnetic integration structure integrates two energy storage inductors in one magnetic core, and the two inductors work under different frequencies. The high-frequency unit of the magnetic integrated double-frequency converter is used for improving the dynamic response speed and the output precision of a system, the low-frequency unit shunts the current of the high-frequency unit and bears the output power, and meanwhile, the switching loss can be reduced. The whole circuit only contains a magnetic element, so that the volume of the magnetic element is greatly reduced, and the power density is further improved. The invention can realize high-power, small-volume and high-efficiency energy transfer when the high-frequency and low-frequency units operate at different frequencies, and is particularly suitable for medium-high power occasions. The invention adopts constant-frequency variable duty ratio control, and has great theoretical value and practical value.
