摘要:【中文】本发明属于醋酸乙烯生产领域,具体涉及一种使用内部热耦合精馏塔分离醋酸乙烯的方法和装置,将醋酸甲酯、二醋酸亚乙酯(EDA)、乙醛、醋酸乙烯(VAC)、醋酸、醋酸酐、裂解剂送到内部热耦合精馏塔中分离出高纯度醋酸乙烯,从内部热耦合精馏塔的精馏段塔顶采出VAC产品,从提馏段塔釜采出醋酸、醋酸酐、裂解剂、EDA及杂质引入醋酸分离塔。醋酸分离塔采用热泵精馏技术,从醋酸分离塔的塔顶采出醋酸送往酯化反应工段用于生产醋酸甲酯,塔釜采出醋酸酐和裂解剂及EDA送往反应工段用于生产醋酸乙烯。相较于传统的醋酸乙烯工艺,本发明显著降低了能耗。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of vinyl acetate production, and particularly relates to a method and a device for separating vinyl acetate by using an internal thermally coupled rectifying tower. The acetic acid separation tower adopts a heat pump rectification technology, acetic acid is extracted from the top of the acetic acid separation tower and sent to an esterification reaction section for producing methyl acetate, acetic anhydride, a cracking agent and EDA are extracted from a tower kettle and sent to the reaction section for producing vinyl acetate. Compared with the traditional vinyl acetate process, the invention obviously reduces the energy consumption.
