摘要：【中文】本发明属于醋酸乙烯生产领域，具体涉及一种使用内部热耦合精馏塔分离醋酸乙烯的方法和装置，将醋酸甲酯、二醋酸亚乙酯(EDA)、乙醛、醋酸乙烯(VAC)、醋酸、醋酸酐、裂解剂送到内部热耦合精馏塔中分离出高纯度醋酸乙烯，从内部热耦合精馏塔的精馏段塔顶采出VAC产品，从提馏段塔釜采出醋酸、醋酸酐、裂解剂、EDA及杂质引入醋酸分离塔。醋酸分离塔采用热泵精馏技术，从醋酸分离塔的塔顶采出醋酸送往酯化反应工段用于生产醋酸甲酯，塔釜采出醋酸酐和裂解剂及EDA送往反应工段用于生产醋酸乙烯。相较于传统的醋酸乙烯工艺，本发明显著降低了能耗。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of vinyl acetate production, and particularly relates to a method and a device for separating vinyl acetate by using an internal thermally coupled rectifying tower. Compared with the traditional vinyl acetate process, the invention obviously reduces the energy consumption.
