Preparing phycocyanin crude extract by a one-step salting-out method, and separating by using a hydrophobic chromatography to obtain high-purity phycocyanin; the spirulina polysaccharide with high added value can be co-produced from spirulina residues without phycocyanin, so that the economic benefit is improved, and the problem of high cost in large-scale preparation of phycocyanin and polysaccharide is solved.
