The system comprises a steam-water heat exchange system, a primary fresh air heat exchange system, a secondary fresh air heat exchange system and a heat pump circulating water waste heat recovery system; the steam-water heat exchange system is connected with the primary fresh air heat exchange system in parallel and then connected with the secondary fresh air heat exchange system in series, and the flue gas waste heat is utilized in a gradient manner; and the heat pump circulating water waste heat recovery system is connected with the secondary fresh air heat exchange system in parallel and is used for supplementing the heating heat of the plant. The invention directly heats the low-temperature flue gas waste heat to the acid and alkali liquor production tank, dries the color coated sheet, heats fresh air for heating a factory building, and recovers the circulating water waste heat by adopting a heat pump technology to supplement the heat for heating the factory building, thereby realizing the cascade utilization of the low-temperature flue gas waste heat in the color coating line and the purpose of comprehensively utilizing the low-temperature flue gas and the circulating water waste heat to reduce the energy consumption.

摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种低聚木糖的制备方法。该方法包括步骤:将玉米芯粉与酸的水溶液混合均匀,经挤压膨化得到预处理料液;将预处理料液与水混合,调节pH至4.0‑6.0,加入木聚糖酶,于50‑60℃下酶解反应6‑12h,然后进行灭酶得到料液;料液经活性炭脱色、过滤、离子交换脱盐、真空浓缩、色谱分离,然后再经活性炭脱色、过滤、离子交换脱盐、真空浓缩得到低聚木糖。本发明前处理方法简单,采用挤压膨化法大大简化了原料的预处理工序,提高了糖的溶出率;经过本发明方法所得低聚木糖收率和纯度高,颜色和透光性较好。 【EN】The invention provides a preparation method of xylo-oligosaccharide. The pretreatment method is simple, the pretreatment process of the raw materials is greatly simplified by adopting an extrusion puffing method, and the dissolution rate of the sugar is improved; the xylo-oligosaccharide obtained by the method has high yield and purity, and good color and light transmission.
