摘要：【中文】一种新型药芯银钎料，属于金属材料类及冶金领域的钎焊材料。是由BAg18CuZnSn银钎料带包覆钎剂粉末制备而成。所述BAg18CuZnSn银钎料带由金属银、铜、锌和锡配制而成。所述包覆的钎剂粉末由氟化氢钾（KHF₂）、氟化钾、硼酸、碳酸铯、碳酸钾、硅酸钾、硅酸钠、磷酸氢二钾、四氟硼酸钾（KBF4）组成。该药芯银钎料中的钎剂粉末具有优良的流动性和抗吸潮性，在药芯银钎料制备的卷带、拉拔过程中，药芯银钎料没有断丝现象，钎剂粉末也不会粘挂在辊轮上，药芯银钎料拉拔直径可细至0.4mm以下，以满足精密钎焊需要。 【EN】A novel flux-cored silver solder belongs to the metal material class and the brazing material in the metallurgy field.
