摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种快速检测普洱茶中掺杂香精的方法,包括以下步骤:制备香精掺假普洱茶检测样品,采集样品近红外光谱,并将原始光谱数据分为校正集和验证集;对样品光谱数据建模之前进行多种方法的光谱预处理,选择预测能力最高的预处理方法对原始光谱进行预处理;利用校正集的光谱数据建立偏最小二乘定量分析模型,并使用验证集的光谱数据来验证模型的有效性;最后将待检测的普洱茶样品进行近红外光谱的采集,并对光谱进行预处理,再导入到经过有效性验证的偏最小二乘模型中,得到普洱茶中掺杂香精的浓度预测值。本发明所公开的方法操作简单,可现场检测,检测速度快且无损。 【EN】The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting essence doped in Pu' er tea, which comprises the following steps: preparing an essence adulterated Pu' er tea detection sample, collecting a near infrared spectrum of the sample, and dividing original spectrum data into a correction set and a verification set; spectrum preprocessing is carried out by various methods before modeling of sample spectrum data, and a preprocessing method with the highest prediction capability is selected to preprocess an original spectrum; establishing a partial least square quantitative analysis model by using the spectral data of the correction set, and verifying the effectiveness of the model by using the spectral data of the verification set; and finally, acquiring a near infrared spectrum of the Pu 'er tea sample to be detected, preprocessing the spectrum, and introducing the spectrum into a partial least square model subjected to validity verification to obtain a concentration predicted value of the doped essence in the Pu' er tea. The method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, can be used for field detection, and is high in detection speed and nondestructive.
