摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于光纤传感技术测量线状材料杨氏模量的实验装置,包括由激光器、耦合透镜、光纤分束器、光纤、光纤夹持器及毛玻璃屏构成的光学部分;由实验台、弹性线状材料、弹性条形薄板、传感器及推力滑块构成的力学部分;本发明将光纤分束器输出端的两根光纤分为参考光纤及受力光纤,将受力光纤的一段固定在弹性条形薄板上。通过在推力滑块上施加外力,外力促使受力光纤、弹性条形薄板及受力光纤产生应变,两束激光形成干涉图像,在毛玻璃屏上可观测到干涉条纹的移动。通过从传感器上读出的拉力值,再通过毛玻璃屏上测到的干涉条纹移动的数量,即可获得弹性线状材料的杨氏模量值。本发明具有结构简单,测量方便且测量精度高的优点。 【EN】The invention discloses an experimental device for measuring Young modulus of a linear material based on an optical fiber sensing technology, which comprises an optical part consisting of a laser, a coupling lens, an optical fiber beam splitter, an optical fiber holder and a ground glass screen; a mechanical part consisting of a test bench, an elastic linear material, an elastic strip-shaped thin plate, a sensor and a thrust sliding block; the invention divides two optical fibers at the output end of the optical fiber beam splitter into a reference optical fiber and a stressed optical fiber, and fixes one section of the stressed optical fiber on the elastic strip-shaped thin plate. By applying external force on the thrust sliding block, the external force causes the stressed optical fiber, the elastic strip-shaped thin plate and the stressed optical fiber to generate strain, two laser beams form an interference image, and the movement of interference fringes can be observed on the ground glass screen. The Young modulus value of the elastic linear material can be obtained by reading the tension value from the sensor and then measuring the movement quantity of the interference fringes on the ground glass screen. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient measurement and high measurement precision.
