摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种调整垫块的厚度测量方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、根据调整垫块的厚度范围制作不同规格的测量尺;步骤二、设备用调整螺栓或其他方式调整到位后测量调整垫块厚度,在基座上焊接垫块的上端的边角处涂蓝油;步骤三、将测量尺插入焊接垫块与所述设备之间,将测量尺上带有刻度的一侧朝向所述焊接垫块;步骤四、塞入的测量尺与焊接垫块边角处的蓝油接触,在测量尺上留下蓝油印记,根据蓝油印记对应的刻度得到该测量位置对应调整垫块的厚度;步骤五、根据步骤四测得的调整垫块的厚度初步加工调整垫块。本发明对调整垫块的厚度测量数据更加准确,减少了拂磨余量,大大降低了劳动量,减少了动能损耗及人力资源成本,实现了造船的标准化。 【EN】The invention discloses a thickness measuring method of an adjusting cushion block, which comprises the following steps: firstly, manufacturing measuring scales with different specifications according to the thickness range of the adjusting cushion block; secondly, measuring the thickness of an adjusting cushion block after the equipment is adjusted in place by using an adjusting bolt or other methods, and coating blue oil at the corner of the upper end of the welding cushion block on the base; inserting a measuring scale between the welding cushion block and the equipment, and enabling one side with scales on the measuring scale to face the welding cushion block; step four, the plugged measuring scale is in contact with blue oil at the corners of the welding cushion blocks, blue oil marks are left on the measuring scale, and the thickness of the corresponding adjusting cushion block at the measuring position is obtained according to the scales corresponding to the blue oil marks; and step five, preliminarily processing the adjusting cushion block according to the thickness of the adjusting cushion block measured in the step four. The method is more accurate in thickness measurement data of the adjusting cushion block, reduces the scraping and grinding allowance, greatly reduces the labor capacity, reduces the kinetic energy loss and the human resource cost, and realizes the standardization of shipbuilding.
