摘要:【中文】本发明将高静低动隔振技术以及变阻尼技术结合起来,设计出一种刚度和阻尼均可调的多功能复合隔振器,其结构主要由具有高静低动特性的电磁隔振器与磁流变阻尼器并联形成,两者各自独立通入电流,在实现多功能的同时,亦可很好地解决现有负刚度技术应用时由于跳跃现象引起的减振性能恶化问题。其中,电磁隔振器采用的是磁齿结构,通过改变输入的励磁电流,便可实现电磁刚度的在线调节,从而降低隔振系统的固有频率。变阻尼技术方面采用的是磁流变阻尼器,该类型阻尼器同样是通过输入电流的改变实现阻尼的变化。该多功能复合隔振器工作时,可以选择电磁隔振器单独工作,磁流变阻尼器单独工作,或者两者同时工作的模式。 【EN】The invention combines the high static low dynamic vibration isolation technology and the variable damping technology, designs a multifunctional composite vibration isolator with adjustable rigidity and damping, the structure of the multifunctional composite vibration isolator is mainly formed by connecting an electromagnetic vibration isolator with high static low dynamic characteristic and a magneto-rheological damper in parallel, the electromagnetic vibration isolator and the magneto-rheological damper are respectively and independently electrified, and the multifunctional composite vibration isolator can well solve the problem of the deterioration of the vibration damping performance caused by the jumping phenomenon when the existing negative rigidity technology is applied while realizing the multifunction. The electromagnetic vibration isolator adopts a magnetic tooth structure, and can realize online adjustment of electromagnetic rigidity by changing input exciting current, so that the natural frequency of a vibration isolation system is reduced. The variable damping technology adopts a magneto-rheological damper, and the damper of the type also realizes the change of the damping through the change of the input current. When the multifunctional composite vibration isolator works, the mode that the electromagnetic vibration isolator works independently, the magnetorheological damper works independently or the electromagnetic vibration isolator works simultaneously can be selected.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the electrothermal film heating device is adopted to directly supply heat to the biochemical reaction tank, so that the energy consumption is reduced on the whole, and very obvious economic benefits are achieved; meanwhile, the advanced reclaimed water treatment system is convenient to be popularized to wider northern areas in China, so that obvious social benefits are brought; the electric heating film heating device is combined with the temperature sensor and the temperature controller, so that the water temperature can be intelligently controlled, the water temperature in the biochemical reaction tank in winter can be always kept in the temperature interval which is most suitable for biochemical reaction, and the effect of treating sewage and wastewater by the system is greatly enhanced.
