摘要:【中文】本发明属于残余应力技术领域,具体涉及一种降低板带材残余应力的实验系统。包括保温炉,保温炉外设置有正向牵引装置和反向牵引装置,保温炉内设置有至少两个炉内辊;述正向牵引装置用于连接板带材的一端,所述反向牵引装置用于连接板带材的另一端,使板带材在正向牵引装置和反向牵引装置的带动下来回往复移动;炉内辊用于使板带材S型绕设,其中至少一个具有用于与板带材的上表面接触的导辊面,至少一个具有用于与板带材的下表面接触的导辊面,并在正向牵引装置和反向牵引装置的作用下张紧板带材。该实验系统可抵抗板带材低温退火后的卷曲形状记忆,使板带材的板形得到改善,从而降低板带材残余应力,为实际研究降低板带材参与应力打下基础。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of residual stress, and particularly relates to an experiment system for reducing the residual stress of a plate strip. The device comprises a heat preservation furnace, wherein a forward traction device and a reverse traction device are arranged outside the heat preservation furnace, and at least two furnace inner rollers are arranged in the heat preservation furnace; the forward traction device is used for connecting one end of the plate and strip material, and the reverse traction device is used for connecting the other end of the plate and strip material, so that the plate and strip material is driven by the forward traction device and the reverse traction device to move back and forth; the furnace roller is used for S-shaped winding of the plate and strip materials, wherein at least one roller surface is provided with a guide roller surface used for being contacted with the upper surface of the plate and strip materials, at least one roller surface is provided with a guide roller surface used for being contacted with the lower surface of the plate and strip materials, and the plate and strip materials are tensioned under the action of a forward traction device and a reverse traction device. The experimental system can resist the coiled shape memory of the plate and strip after low-temperature annealing, so that the plate shape of the plate and strip is improved, the residual stress of the plate and strip is reduced, and a foundation is laid for the actual research on the reduction of the participation stress of the plate and strip.
