By adopting the shearing device, when in operation, a plurality of wire cores of the wire body are respectively clamped by a plurality of clamps of the carrier, then a certain wire core is clamped by a tensile clamping part of the tensile mechanism and the wire core is pulled out from the carrier by a preset length, and then the plurality of wire cores are cut off by the shearing part, so that the unequal lengths of the remaining wire cores after cutting off are realized.
