The polythiourea film is treated for 1 to 4 hours under the high temperature condition of 100-140 ℃, and then is put into liquid nitrogen for quenching treatment, thus obtaining the polythiourea insulating medium. According to the invention, the dielectric response characteristic of the film is regulated by changing the heat treatment condition of the alicyclic polythiourea film and adjusting the state of the internal molecular chain of the polythiourea, and finally the dielectric constant of the material is controlled or improved. The method can be widely applied to a plurality of fields such as high-voltage energy storage equipment, high-energy pulse generators and the like.
