摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种高效无卤膨胀型阻燃玻纤增强聚丙烯材料,原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:聚丙烯39‑75份、包覆聚磷酸铵0‑10份、三聚氰胺及其衍生物1‑15份、无卤阻燃成炭剂1‑15份、阻燃协效剂0‑5份、经表面处理的玻璃纤维5‑30份、偶联剂0.03‑3份、相容剂0.5‑8份、增韧剂0‑20份、润滑剂0.1‑1份、抗氧剂0.01‑4份;具有更好的阻燃性,且耐水性能和力学性能更突出,同时达到加工性能和刚性以及韧性之间的平衡,尺寸收缩率更低,在达到很好刚韧平衡与低收缩率同时,产品无翘曲,表面无浮纤,扩大了聚丙烯材料的使用范围。 【EN】The invention discloses a high-efficiency halogen-free intumescent flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 39-75 parts of polypropylene, 0-10 parts of coated ammonium polyphosphate, 1-15 parts of melamine and derivatives thereof, 1-15 parts of halogen-free flame retardant charring agent, 0-5 parts of flame retardant synergist, 5-30 parts of surface treated glass fiber, 0.03-3 parts of coupling agent, 0.5-8 parts of compatilizer, 0-20 parts of toughening agent, 0.1-1 part of lubricant and 0.01-4 parts of antioxidant; the polypropylene material has better flame retardance, more outstanding water resistance and mechanical property, balance among processability, rigidity and toughness, lower size shrinkage rate, good rigidity and toughness balance and low shrinkage rate, no warpage of the product, no floating fiber on the surface and expanded application range of the polypropylene material.
