摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种枳椇子药材、颗粒及标煎液干粉的快速双信息薄层鉴别方法。其特征在于:用简便、快捷的前处理方法得到供试品与药材溶液,分别点于同一块薄层板上,展开后,在4种检视条件下,检视到枳椇子药材、颗粒及标煎液干粉的荧光斑点、无荧光斑点和橙红色斑点,荧光斑点和增荧光的斑点是同一种化合物,无荧光斑点和橙红色斑点是同一种化合物。而且增荧光和显色后,灵敏度显著增强,更利于在复方制剂中的检测和判断。两种化合物斑点交错,互不干扰,发挥了不同检视条件下的信息斑点互补,还未见相同报道。与常规的薄层鉴别相比,不但大幅度提高了被鉴别物的质量可控性,有利于质量监督,而且方法简便、快捷,高效率、成本低、无环境污染。 【EN】The invention relates to a rapid double-information thin-layer identification method for raisin tree seed medicinal materials, particles and target decoction dry powder.
