摘要:【中文】本实用新型公开了一种具有膨胀螺栓加固的锁脚锚杆支护结构,包括钢架、锚杆和膨胀螺栓;所述钢架两侧设置有供锚杆插入的定位插孔,底部向下延伸设置有间隔设置的限位引导条;所述锚杆包括穿入插孔内的插入部以及嵌设在限位引导条之间的承托部,所述承托部与钢架底部相抵以支撑钢架;所述插入部一端与承托部固定连接,另一端与膨胀螺栓固定连接。本设计通过焊接膨胀螺栓使得新型锚杆具有更强的锚固效果,以便对坑道周边围岩提供较大的支护抗力,防止围岩产生有害的过度变形,增加与钢拱架的整体性,使钢拱架和锁脚锚杆之间的连接更加牢固,极限承载能力得到提高;而插孔和限位引导杆则是对锚杆安装位置进行限位,实现精准支护。 【EN】The utility model discloses a foot-locking anchor rod supporting structure reinforced by expansion bolts, which comprises a steel frame, an anchor rod and expansion bolts; positioning insertion holes for inserting anchor rods are formed in two sides of the steel frame, and limiting guide strips arranged at intervals extend downwards from the bottom of the steel frame; the anchor rod comprises an inserting part penetrating into the inserting hole and a bearing part embedded between the limiting guide strips, and the bearing part is abutted against the bottom of the steel frame to support the steel frame; one end of the inserting part is fixedly connected with the bearing part, and the other end of the inserting part is fixedly connected with the expansion bolt. The novel anchor rod has a stronger anchoring effect by welding the expansion bolt, so that greater supporting resistance is provided for surrounding rocks around the gallery, harmful excessive deformation of the surrounding rocks is prevented, the integrity of the steel arch centering is increased, the connection between the steel arch centering and the foot-locking anchor rod is firmer, and the limit bearing capacity is improved; and the jack and the limiting guide rod limit the mounting position of the anchor rod, so that accurate support is realized.
