摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种岸电线缆管理装置。该装置包括安装架、卷筒、驱动电机和放线助力机构,卷筒转动装配在安装架上,驱动电机用于驱动卷筒转动;放线助力机构包括主动辊体和从动辊体,主动辊体和从动辊体平行间隔布置,主动辊体与从动辊体之间具有用于夹持线缆的夹持空间;主动辊体与卷筒传动连接,且在两者的传动路径上设有离合器,离合器在卷筒收线时断开而在卷筒放线时结合;放线时,线缆经过主动辊体和从动辊体之间的夹持空间,并由主动辊体和从动辊体夹持着进行放线,主动辊体与从动辊体夹持放线的速度大于卷筒的放线速度,以使卷筒与放线助力机构之间的线缆保持张紧。该装置用于解决现有的岸电线缆管理系统在使用时存在安全隐患的问题。 【EN】The invention relates to a shore power cable management device. The device comprises a mounting frame, a winding drum, a driving motor and a paying-off power-assisted mechanism, wherein the winding drum is rotatably assembled on the mounting frame, and the driving motor is used for driving the winding drum to rotate; the paying-off assisting mechanism comprises a driving roller body and a driven roller body, the driving roller body and the driven roller body are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a clamping space for clamping a cable is formed between the driving roller body and the driven roller body; the driving roller body is in transmission connection with the winding drum, a clutch is arranged on a transmission path of the driving roller body and the winding drum, and the clutch is disconnected when the winding drum receives wires and is combined when the winding drum releases wires; during paying off, the cable passes through the clamping space between the driving roller body and the driven roller body and is clamped by the driving roller body and the driven roller body to be paid off, and the speed of clamping and paying off the cable by the driving roller body and the driven roller body is greater than the paying off speed of the reel, so that the cable between the reel and the paying off assisting mechanism is kept tensioned. The device is used for solving the problem that potential safety hazards exist when an existing shore power cable management system is used.
