摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种Zn‑SiC复合镀层的硅酸盐彩色钝化方法。配置钝化液,其组成为,硅酸钠20~30g/L、浓硫酸10~20mL/L、硫脲2~4g/L、硝酸钠5~9g/L、H2O2 15~25mL/L、硫酸铜0.05~0.15g/L,其余为蒸馏水,用体积比为1:10的稀硫酸和蒸馏水定容所得混合液的体积并调节混合液的pH值为1.5~2.5。将Zn‑SiC复合镀层水洗烘干后,放入质量百分比浓度为1%的硝酸溶液中浸泡5~10s,水洗、吹干,然后放入温度为25~35℃的钝化液中40~60s,水洗、吹干,最后放入50℃的恒温干燥箱中老化20min,即实现Zn‑SiC复合镀层的硅酸盐彩色钝化。本发明所得彩色钝化样品耐腐蚀性能好,中性盐雾试验120 h仍未出现腐蚀斑点;钝化液稳定性好,成本低,不含铬;彩色钝化膜光亮、美观,操作简单,利于生产及推广。 【EN】The invention discloses a silicate color passivation method of a Zn-SiC composite coating.
