摘要:【中文】本发明提供一种基于鸡群优化BP神经网络的变压器油纸绝缘老化预测方法,首先,训练BP神经网络拟合去极化电流和聚合度之间的关系,消除环境温度带来的误差,实现不同环境温度下的油纸绝缘老化预测;然后,采用鸡群算法对神经网络权值和阈值优化,解决BP神经网络训练时存在学习效率低、速度慢、易陷入局部极值点的问题。最后进行仿真研究,结果表明,本方法可以消除温度对极化去极化电流的影响,实现了对油纸绝缘老化的准确预测。 【EN】The invention provides a transformer oil paper insulation aging prediction method based on a chicken flock optimized BP neural network, which comprises the steps of firstly, training the BP neural network to fit the relation between depolarizing current and polymerization degree, eliminating errors caused by environment temperature, and realizing oil paper insulation aging prediction at different environment temperatures; then, a chicken swarm algorithm is adopted to optimize the weight and the threshold of the neural network, and the problems of low learning efficiency, low speed and easy falling into local extreme points during BP neural network training are solved. Finally, simulation research is carried out, and results show that the method can eliminate the influence of temperature on the polarized depolarized current and realize accurate prediction of the insulation aging of the oiled paper.

The penetrant has good shear strength and impact strength after being cured, has no migration on the surface of a composite material of the dry-type air reactor, has good display effect under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, and can recover the insulation performance of the composite material of the encapsulation insulation structure of the dry-type air reactor, thereby completing the detection and repair of the encapsulation insulation microcracks of the dry-type air reactor in one step.
