摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种二次窑渣的直接吹氧熔化工艺及制备微晶玻璃的方法,包括以下步骤:二次窑渣的高温吹氧熔化:向800~1200摄氏度的半熔融态的二次窑渣中吹入含氧气体,同时收集氧化硫气体,在吹入含氧气体的过程中,含氧气体中的氧气与二次窑渣发生氧化反应,并释放热量,利用氧化反应释放的热量,使所述二次窑渣的温度升高至1300~1600摄氏度,熔化形成熔渣。本发明半熔融态的二次窑渣直接吹氧氧化,并利用氧化反应释放的大量热量使其融化为熔渣,成为制备微晶玻璃、岩棉、铸石等的原材料,扩大了二次窑渣的综合利用范围、避免了环境污染,实现节能减排,且大大降低了生产成本。 【EN】The invention relates to a direct oxygen blowing melting process of secondary kiln slag and a method for preparing microcrystalline glass, which comprises the following steps: and (3) high-temperature oxygen blowing and melting of secondary kiln slag: and blowing oxygen-containing gas into the 800-1200 ℃ semi-molten secondary kiln slag, collecting sulfur oxide gas, carrying out oxidation reaction on the oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas and the secondary kiln slag in the process of blowing the oxygen-containing gas, releasing heat, and utilizing the heat released by the oxidation reaction to increase the temperature of the secondary kiln slag to 1300-1600 ℃ to melt the secondary kiln slag to form slag. The semi-molten secondary kiln slag is directly oxidized by oxygen blowing, and is melted into slag by using a large amount of heat released by oxidation reaction, so that the slag becomes a raw material for preparing microcrystalline glass, rock wool, cast stone and the like, the comprehensive utilization range of the secondary kiln slag is expanded, the environmental pollution is avoided, the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized, and the production cost is greatly reduced.

The exhaust cylinder is a uniflow, steam flows into the exhaust cylinder through a through-flow steam exhaust outlet 1-1, flows along the steam exhaust flow guide, and finally flows into a condenser, and a bearing box and the exhaust cylinder are integrated; the exhaust cylinder disclosed by the invention is simple and compact in structure, good in rigidity, good in pneumatic performance, short in bearing span, good in shafting stability at a high rotating speed, and beneficial to improving the heat efficiency of the whole unit and ensuring the safety of the unit.
