摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种基于BIM技术在住宅楼装修工程中的应用方法，涉及建筑装修工程技术领域，包括打开计算机上的Revit软件，根据拟定的住宅楼装修方案，选定住宅楼标准层中的某户住宅，根据图纸进行住宅楼建筑模型的建立，在模型基础上，使用Revit软件开展各种智能化方案设计，并完成水、电、暖等明装或暗装的建模。本发明以信息模型为基础，装修设计单位可依据业主的需求，按照实际尺寸建立三维实体模型，优化并确定出符合人体工程学的装修方案，合理摆放各类家具家电；利用三维立体模型对项目装修的实施过程进行预判，实现全过程准确管理，提高施工的可操作性，并降低装修成本。 【EN】The invention discloses an application method in residential building decoration engineering based on BIM technology, which relates to the technical field of building decoration engineering and comprises the steps of opening Revit software on a computer, selecting a certain family house in a standard floor of a residential building according to a planned residential building decoration scheme, establishing a residential building model according to a drawing, developing various intelligent scheme designs by using the Revit software on the basis of the model, and completing the modeling of open installation or hidden installation such as water, electricity, warm installation and the like. The invention is based on the information model, and a decoration design unit can establish a three-dimensional entity model according to the actual size and the requirements of an owner, optimize and determine a decoration scheme conforming to human engineering, and reasonably place various furniture household appliances; the implementation process of project decoration is pre-judged by utilizing the three-dimensional model, so that the accurate management of the whole process is realized, the operability of construction is improved, and the decoration cost is reduced.
