摘要:【中文】本发明实施例公开了一种改进的海绵镉置换工艺,涉及有色金属冶金技术领域,所述工艺包括如下步骤:将镉液放置于反应槽中;称取浓硫酸和锌粉备用;其中,所述浓硫酸的量为镉液中镉含量的2.5‑3.5%,锌粉量为镉液中镉含量的58‑60%;在搅拌条件下,向镉液中先加入部分浓硫酸调整溶液酸度至pH值为2.5‑2.7,再同步、均匀、连续地加入锌粉和剩余浓硫酸进行置换反应,置换反应结束后进行固液分离得到海绵镉和镉含量为0.5‑1g/L的滤液。本发明实施例一种改进的海绵镉置换工艺明显降低了浓硫酸和锌粉的使用量,采取锌粉和硫酸同步添加的工艺能保证置换反应稳步地进行,防止溶液中微量砷的逸出,利于安全生产。 【EN】The embodiment of the invention discloses an improved sponge cadmium replacement process, which relates to the technical field of nonferrous metallurgy, and comprises the following steps: placing the cadmium solution in a reaction tank; weighing concentrated sulfuric acid and zinc powder for later use; wherein, the amount of the concentrated sulfuric acid is 2.5 to 3.5 percent of the cadmium content in the cadmium solution, and the amount of the zinc powder is 58 to 60 percent of the cadmium content in the cadmium solution; under the condition of stirring, adding partial concentrated sulfuric acid into cadmium solution to adjust the acidity of the solution to a pH value of 2.5-2.7, then synchronously, uniformly and continuously adding zinc powder and the residual concentrated sulfuric acid to perform a displacement reaction, and performing solid-liquid separation after the displacement reaction is finished to obtain filter liquor with the content of sponge cadmium and cadmium of 0.5-1 g/L. The improved sponge cadmium replacement process provided by the embodiment of the invention obviously reduces the use amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and zinc powder, and the process of synchronously adding zinc powder and sulfuric acid can ensure that the replacement reaction is stably carried out, so that the escape of trace arsenic in the solution is prevented, and the safety production is facilitated.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种以安山岩尾矿泥与飞灰为主要原料的泡沫陶瓷,其特征在于泡沫陶瓷的质量组成百分数为:安山岩尾矿泥50~90%、飞灰8~48%以及碳化硅2~5%。其制备方法包括如下步骤:S1,粉料制备;S2,坯体成型及干燥;S3,样品烧结。本发明制得的泡沫陶瓷,其烧成周期短、配方及制备工艺简单、设备要求低,所制备的泡沫陶瓷性能优良。固废的使用量高达98%,有效降低生产成本,实现固废安山岩尾矿泥与危废飞灰的资源化利用,减少尾矿对土地的占用,缓解其引发的环境问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a foamed ceramic with andesite tailing slurry and fly ash as main raw materials, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50-90% of andesite tailing slurry, 8-48% of fly ash and 2-5% of silicon carbide.
