摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种恒力自调节机器人自动化加工工具载体设备,属于磨抛加工技术领域。该设备包括工具连接法兰装置、六维力传感器、执行器装置、位移传感器装置、气动装置及安装基板;所述安装基板与机器人机械臂末端连接,所述工具连接法兰装置用于固定磨抛加工工具,所述执行器装置与位移传感器装置均安装于所述安装基板上,且所述执行器装置与气动装置相连接;所述六维力传感器固定于执行器装置的末端;所述气动装置通过执行器装置来驱动六维力传感器浮动,六维力传感器通过连接法兰装置带动磨抛加工工具,实现浮动加工。本发明设备可以根据不同的加工要求装载各种不同的磨抛工具,适用于各种打磨工具、多场合磨抛加工。 【EN】The invention discloses constant-force self-adjusting robot automatic machining tool carrier equipment, and belongs to the technical field of grinding and polishing machining. The equipment comprises a tool connecting flange device, a six-dimensional force sensor, an actuator device, a displacement sensor device, a pneumatic device and a mounting substrate; the mounting substrate is connected with the tail end of a robot mechanical arm, the tool connecting flange device is used for fixing a grinding and polishing processing tool, the actuator device and the displacement sensor device are both mounted on the mounting substrate, and the actuator device is connected with the pneumatic device; the six-dimensional force sensor is fixed at the tail end of the actuator device; the pneumatic device drives the six-dimensional force sensor to float through the actuator device, and the six-dimensional force sensor drives the grinding and polishing tool through the connecting flange device to realize floating machining. The equipment can load various different grinding and polishing tools according to different processing requirements, and is suitable for various grinding tools and multi-occasion grinding and polishing processing.

摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种地下变电站结构,包括建筑筏板基础、地下连续墙和内衬墙,所述建筑筏板基础设置在该地下变电站结构外侧范围,所述内衬墙设置在所述建筑筏板基础的内侧,所述建筑筏板基础上设置有主变压器室,所述主变压器室的外侧设置有户外下沉庭院,所述户外下沉庭院的下方设置有消防水池。本发明可以有效解决设备吊装引起的漏水问题,同时,后期运行检修期间吊装设备也更加方便;由于一整面墙体对着户外,所以站内通风可以达到地上变电站的通风条件,减少通风设施和通风管道,降低层高,减少造价和施工安全风险;消防水池和站本体联合设计,节省了水池用地。 【EN】The invention discloses an underground transformer substation structure which comprises a building raft foundation, an underground continuous wall and an inner lining wall, wherein the building raft foundation is arranged in the outer side range of the underground transformer substation structure, the inner lining wall is arranged on the inner side of the building raft foundation, a main transformer chamber is arranged on the building raft foundation, an outdoor sinking yard is arranged on the outer side of the main transformer chamber, and a fire pool is arranged below the outdoor sinking yard. The invention can effectively solve the problem of water leakage caused by hoisting equipment, and meanwhile, the hoisting equipment is more convenient during the later operation and maintenance period; because the whole wall body faces outdoors, the ventilation in the station can reach the ventilation condition of the transformer substation on the ground, the ventilation facilities and the ventilation pipelines are reduced, the floor height is reduced, and the manufacturing cost and the construction safety risk are reduced; the fire pool and the station body are designed jointly, so that the pool land is saved.
