摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种石墨基纳米二氧化钛润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:a、石墨粉碎成粒径4‑10μm的微粉;b、向微粉石墨中加入高锰酸钾、硫酸、硝酸、四氯化钛,反应100‑140min,洗涤、过滤、烘干、于马弗炉中高温膨胀,得到石墨基纳米二氧化钛膨胀石墨;c、再次粉碎至粒径在1‑4μm;d、用油酸进行表面改性,改性后加到润滑油基础油中,30~50℃超声均匀即可。本发明有益效果:采用物理法及化学法将石墨粉碎至1~4μm,同时将二氧化钛以纳米的形式附着在微米石墨基上,形成石墨基纳米二氧化钛复合材料,提高了润滑油的减压抗磨性能和自修复性能及石墨在润滑油中的稳定性。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of graphite-based nano titanium dioxide lubricating oil, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. pulverizing graphite into micropowder with particle size of 4-10 μm; b. adding potassium permanganate, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and titanium tetrachloride into the micro-powder graphite, reacting for 100-; c. pulverizing again to particle size of 1-4 μm; d. and (3) carrying out surface modification by using oleic acid, adding the modified product into the lubricating oil base oil, and carrying out ultrasonic homogenization at 30-50 ℃. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the graphite is crushed to 1-4 mu m by adopting a physical method and a chemical method, and meanwhile, titanium dioxide is attached to the micron graphite base in a nano form to form the graphite-based nano titanium dioxide composite material, so that the pressure reduction and wear resistance and the self-repairing performance of the lubricating oil and the stability of the graphite in the lubricating oil are improved.
