摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,尤其是高纯氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将多种直径的氧化铝陶瓷球混合;配置氧化铝粉,所述氧化铝粉与氧化铝陶瓷球的质量比为1:(1.5~3);按照总重量的百分比加入以下辅料:0.5~2.5%拟薄水铝石、0.1~0.3%的硅溶胶、0.2~0.6%的氧化镁、0.1~0.6的氧化钇;将氧化铝陶瓷球、氧化铝粉、辅料均加入到球磨机中,同时加入0.1%~0.5%的分散剂,湿法球磨20~30h得到浆料;将球磨后的浆料酸化处理;将酸化处理后的浆料进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒得到高纯氧化铝陶瓷;将高纯氧化铝陶瓷在温度在20~45℃,湿度在40~65%的环境下均化处理24~48小时,得到高纯氧化铝陶瓷,所述高纯氧化铝陶瓷的氧化铝含量不低于99.5%。该高纯氧化铝陶瓷制备方便成本低、陶瓷性能好。 【EN】The invention relates to a preparation method of alumina ceramics, in particular to a preparation method of high-purity alumina ceramics, which comprises the following steps: mixing alumina ceramic balls with various diameters; preparing alumina powder, wherein the mass ratio of the alumina powder to the alumina ceramic balls is 1 (1.5-3); the following auxiliary materials are added according to the total weight percentage: 0.5-2.5% of pseudo-boehmite, 0.1-0.3% of silica sol, 0.2-0.6% of magnesium oxide and 0.1-0.6% of yttrium oxide; adding alumina ceramic balls, alumina powder and auxiliary materials into a ball mill, simultaneously adding 0.1-0.5% of dispersing agent, and performing wet ball milling for 20-30 h to obtain slurry; acidizing the ball-milled slurry; carrying out spray granulation on the slurry after the acidification treatment, and carrying out spray granulation to obtain high-purity alumina ceramic; homogenizing the high-purity alumina ceramic for 24-48 hours in an environment with the temperature of 20-45 ℃ and the humidity of 40-65% to obtain the high-purity alumina ceramic, wherein the alumina content of the high-purity alumina ceramic is not lower than 99.5%. The high-purity alumina ceramic is convenient to prepare, low in cost and good in ceramic performance.
