摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于业务和数据集成的线损合格台区的降损方法,涉及电网电网运维领域。目前对于线损的判断准确率低,且排查效率慢。本发明包括以下步骤:抽取当日线损异常升高的合格台区;确定是否为现场采集设备故障造成的线损异常升高;确定是否为户变关系调整错误造成的线损异常升高;确定是否为计量失准造成的线损异常升高;确定此次台区线损升高为正常的线损波动;进行现场处理,并在现场故障处理后,观察台区线损率是否下降,若是,则结束,若否,则确定此次线损升高为较罕见的正常线损波动,继续保持观察,以确保不超过管理红线。本技术方案步骤3)、4)、5)依次进行,有利于提高线损排除故障的效率,同时保线损排除故障的准确性。 【EN】The invention discloses a loss reduction method for a line loss qualified transformer area based on service and data integration, and relates to the field of operation and maintenance of a power grid. At present, the line loss judgment accuracy is low, and the troubleshooting efficiency is low. The invention comprises the following steps: extracting qualified station areas with abnormally increased line loss on the same day; determining whether the line loss caused by the fault of the field acquisition equipment is abnormally increased; determining whether the line loss caused by the adjustment error of the user variable relationship is abnormally increased; determining whether line loss due to metrology misalignment is abnormally elevated; determining that the line loss of the current transformer area is increased to be normal line loss fluctuation; and performing field processing, observing whether the line loss rate of the transformer area is reduced or not after field fault processing, if so, finishing the process, otherwise, determining that the line loss is increased to rare normal line loss fluctuation, and continuously maintaining observation to ensure that the line loss does not exceed the management red line. The steps 3), 4) and 5) of the technical scheme are sequentially performed, so that the efficiency of removing the line loss fault is improved, and the accuracy of removing the line loss fault is ensured.
