摘要：【中文】本发明公开了一种泡沫混凝土发泡剂及其发泡系统。所述的泡沫混凝土发泡剂由A、B、C三组分组成，所述A组分由活性污泥蛋白、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧化硅微球组成；所述B组分为聚丙烯酰胺；所述C组分为羟甲基纤维素。所述的泡沫混凝土发泡系统，包括进水口、发泡剂进料口、静态管路混合器、泵、发泡器、泡沫出料口；进水口和发泡剂进料口分别采用管路通入静态管路混合器内，静态管路混合器内的混合料由泵输入发泡器中，发泡器的尾部设置管路通入泡沫出料口。所述发泡器内设置节流装置，由发泡剂中的二氧化硅微球在发泡器喉部低压处析出的小分子气体形成气核，该方法能有效提高发泡均匀性、泡径可控性，简化泡沫混凝土发泡工艺。 【EN】The invention discloses a foam concrete foaming agent and a foaming system thereof. The foam concrete foaming agent consists of A, B, C three components, wherein the component A consists of activated sludge protein, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and silicon dioxide microspheres; the component B is polyacrylamide; the component C is hydroxymethyl cellulose. The foam concrete foaming system comprises a water inlet, a foaming agent feeding hole, a static pipeline mixer, a pump, a foaming device and a foam discharging hole; the water inlet and the foaming agent feed inlet are respectively communicated into a static pipeline mixer through pipelines, the mixture in the static pipeline mixer is conveyed into a foaming device through a pump, and the tail part of the foaming device is provided with a pipeline communicated into a foam discharge hole. The method can effectively improve the foaming uniformity and the foam diameter controllability and simplify the foam concrete foaming process.
