摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种二甲双胍缓释tHA/PCL引导组织再生膜及其制备方法,二甲双胍缓释tHA/PCL引导组织再生膜包括tHA/PCL复合纳米纤维膜和含有二甲双胍的CMC/PLL涂层,其制备方法:1)制备tHA;2)通过静电纺丝技术制备出tHA/PCL复合纳米纤维膜;3)利用静电吸附层层自组装技术,在tHA/PCL复合纳米纤维膜的表面制备含有二甲双胍的CMC/PLL涂层;4)采用生物交联剂京尼平对CMC/PLL涂层进行化学交联。本发明利用二甲双胍对纳米颗粒tHA的细胞毒性作用的调控作用,改善了tHA/PCL复合纤维材料的生物相容性和成骨活性,能促进牙周组织的修复再生。 【EN】The invention discloses a metformin sustained-release tHA/PCL guided tissue regeneration film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the metformin sustained-release tHA/PCL guided tissue regeneration film comprises a tHA/PCL composite nanofiber film and a CMC/PLL coating containing metformin, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation tHA; 2) preparing an tHA/PCL composite nanofiber membrane by an electrostatic spinning technology; 3) preparing a CMC/PLL coating containing metformin on the surface of the tHA/PCL composite nanofiber membrane by utilizing a static adsorption layer-by-layer self-assembly technology; 4) and chemically crosslinking the CMC/PLL coating by using a biological crosslinking agent genipin. The invention utilizes the regulation and control effect of metformin on the cytotoxicity of the nano-particles tHA, improves the biocompatibility and osteogenesis activity of the tHA/PCL composite fiber material, and can promote the repair and regeneration of periodontal tissues.

摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种低净空套管旋挖系统以及方法,低净空套管旋挖系统包括转动连接的塔架和底盘、绳索绕组以及旋挖装置。旋挖装置包括动力头、同步卷扬机、套管、旋挖钻头机构以及钻杆。动力头通过绳索绕组与塔架连接,塔架上设置有与塔架平行的导轨,动力头与导轨滑动连接。套管和钻杆均与动力头可拆卸连接,套管套设于旋挖钻头机构外,旋挖钻头机构套设于钻杆上。同步卷扬机设置于动力头上且同步卷扬机能够带动旋挖钻头机构沿钻杆的轴向滑动。套管和钻杆的上端均与动力头的下端可拆卸连接,便于在旋挖作业过程中加装更多的套管和钻杆,从而能够根据不同的施工净空高度来选择不同的钻杆和套管,降低了低净空套管旋挖系统对施工场地的要求。 【EN】The invention provides a low-clearance sleeve rotary excavating system and a method. The synchronous winch is arranged on the power head and can drive the rotary drilling bit mechanism to slide along the axial direction of the drill rod. The upper ends of the sleeve and the drill rod are detachably connected with the lower end of the power head, so that more sleeves and drill rods can be conveniently installed in the rotary excavating operation process, different drill rods and sleeves can be selected according to different construction clearance heights, and the requirement of a low-clearance sleeve rotary excavating system on a construction site is lowered.
