摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种多轴混合动力车辆能源一体化供配电系统和方法,解决混合驱动缺乏一体化能源配置和管理手段的技术问题。包括:高压母线,用于形成贯穿全车的高压干线,连接高压电源为高压负载供电;低压母线,用于形成贯穿全车的低压干线,连接低压电源为低压负载供电;驱动电机,用于驱动驱动桥输出电驱动功率;动力电池组,用于输出高压电功率信号形成高压电源;低压电池组,用于输出低压电功率信号形成低压电源;控制器,用于控制高、低压母线上供电设备和高、低压母线上用电设备间的供配电能量管理,形成相应设备的通断电控制。电源和配电设备兼顾融合,供配电结构的复杂性、冗余度和可靠性得以优化,使多轴车辆具备最优的整车电气性能。 【EN】The invention provides a multi-shaft hybrid power vehicle energy integrated power supply and distribution system and method, which solve the technical problem that hybrid drive lacks integrated energy configuration and management means. The method comprises the following steps: the high-voltage bus is used for forming a high-voltage main line penetrating through the whole vehicle and is connected with a high-voltage power supply to supply power to a high-voltage load; the low-voltage bus is used for forming a low-voltage main line penetrating through the whole vehicle and is connected with a low-voltage power supply to supply power to a low-voltage load; the driving motor is used for driving the driving axle to output electric driving power; the power battery pack is used for outputting a high-voltage electric power signal to form a high-voltage power supply; the low-voltage battery pack is used for outputting a low-voltage electric power signal to form a low-voltage power supply; and the controller is used for controlling the power supply and distribution energy management between the power supply equipment on the high-voltage bus and the low-voltage bus and the power utilization equipment on the high-voltage bus and the low-voltage bus to form the power on-off control of the corresponding equipment. The power supply and the distribution equipment are integrated, the complexity, the redundancy and the reliability of the power supply and distribution structure are optimized, and the multi-shaft vehicle has the optimal electric performance of the whole vehicle.
