摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种船舶的窗户结构,其安装固定在所述船舶的舱壁上,在所述舱壁上开设有安装口;包括:窗户本体;安装连接结构,其连接固定在所述窗户本体和舱壁之间;所述安装连接结构具有与所述舱壁固设的第一连接框,所述第一连接框沿与所述安装口处的舱壁垂直的方向上延伸、且内外对称设置。通过设置安装连接结构,有效的降低了舱壁的安装口区域的应力水平,解决了安装口处的强度问题,有利于增加窗户结构安装后的结构强度,增加安装后的受力能力和牢固性。通过设置第一连接框为在内外方向对称设置的筒形,通过在内外方向延伸增加内外方向上的受力面积,有利于增加安装连接结构的结构强度,保证窗户结构安装后增加船舶舱壁的结构强度。 【EN】The invention discloses a window structure of a ship, which is fixedly arranged on a bulkhead of the ship, wherein a mounting opening is formed in the bulkhead; the method comprises the following steps: a window body; the installation connecting structure is fixedly connected between the window body and the bulkhead; the installation and connection structure is provided with a first connection frame fixedly arranged with the bulkhead, and the first connection frame extends along the direction vertical to the bulkhead at the installation opening and is arranged symmetrically inside and outside. 摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种自制助磨剂,其原料组份如下:乙二醇10‑15%、三乙醇胺20‑35%、甘油渣20‑30%、醋酸钠1‑5%、工业盐1‑2%、木质素1‑3% 7、水余量(补足100%),其制备方法如下:步骤一:制备时将水的温度控制在40℃‑45℃,加入甘油渣与三乙醇胺加入后均匀混合;步骤二:步骤一在水中加入甘油渣与三乙醇胺均匀混合后,依次加入乙二醇、醋酸钠、木质素、工业盐,本发明自制助磨剂可以解决在水泥生产过程中,磨机台产低的问题,熟料配比高以及消除磨内静电,改善水泥粉磨工艺,提高粉磨效率,降低其生产成本;可以有效提高水泥磨台产5‑7吨/小时,降低熟料配比2.0%、电耗下降1.5‑2度/吨,同时水泥的各项化学、物理检验结果符合国家标准。 【EN】The invention discloses a self-made grinding aid, which comprises the following raw materials: 10-15% of ethylene glycol, 20-35% of triethanolamine, 20-30% of glycerin residue, 1-5% of sodium acetate, 1-2% of industrial salt, 1-3% of lignin and the balance of water (the balance being 100%), and the preparation method is as follows: the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises controlling the temperature of water at 40-45 deg.C, adding glycerol residue and triethanolamine, and mixing; step two: step one, after glycerol slag and triethanolamine are added into water and uniformly mixed, ethylene glycol, sodium acetate, lignin and industrial salt are sequentially added, the self-made grinding aid can solve the problem of low yield of a grinder in the cement production process, has high clinker mixing ratio, eliminates static electricity in the grinder, improves the cement grinding process, improves the grinding efficiency and reduces the production cost; the cement grinding table can effectively improve the yield of the cement grinding table by 5-7 tons/hour, reduce the clinker ratio by 2.0 percent, reduce the power consumption by 1.5-2 degrees/ton, and simultaneously, various chemical and physical inspection results of the cement meet the national standard.
