摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种换流站监控信息缺失下的电压波动在线判断方法、系统及介质,本发明方法的实施步骤包括:采集变流站设备实时数据并计算多项电压波动评估指标,包括电压波动发射水平指标、多负荷引起电压波动水平指标、闪变功率法电压波动指标和U‑I斜率法电压波动指标;将所有指标进行归一化,引入目标函数并设定参数值;通过粒子群算法计算目标函数最优解并分析判断负荷分支是否为电压波动源,若输出结果大于0则该负荷分支存在电压波动并确定其电压波动水平。本发明能够有效解决换流站中在线监测信息缺失情况下电压波动识别问题,不仅更精确地判断电压波动源,还能确定电压波动发射水平,从而能够为换流站电能质量治理工作提供技术保障。 【EN】The invention discloses a method, a system and a medium for online judging voltage fluctuation under monitoring information loss of a converter station, wherein the method comprises the following implementation steps: collecting real-time data of the converter station equipment and calculating a plurality of voltage fluctuation evaluation indexes, including a voltage fluctuation emission level index, a voltage fluctuation level index caused by multiple loads, a flicker power method voltage fluctuation index and a U-I slope method voltage fluctuation index; normalizing all indexes, introducing a target function and setting parameter values; and calculating an optimal solution of the target function through a particle swarm algorithm, analyzing and judging whether the load branch is a voltage fluctuation source, and if the output result is greater than 0, determining the voltage fluctuation level of the load branch. The method can effectively solve the problem of voltage fluctuation identification under the condition of online monitoring information loss in the converter station, not only can more accurately judge the voltage fluctuation source, but also can determine the voltage fluctuation emission level, thereby providing technical support for the electric energy quality control work of the converter station.
